An extrapolation of photographs of a Larch in Autumn. The spiky pine needles had turned a fierce mixture of yellow, red and orange, catching the little pearls of dew that had fallen. The sky was a bright grey which off set this remarkable tree. I wanted to capture the crispness of that day and the concentration of pattern within the tree.
